Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order and covers must be returned within 14 days of the approved request.
Because a 1969 Pro Reverb is a Silver face transitional amp, there was some confusion in the order. I received a Silver face model cover that was too big.
The Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction efforts resulted in an extremely smooth exchange for a cover that fits perfectly! The quality is superb!!!
