For nearly 20 years, Tuki has been providing musicians and pro audio specialists with outstanding products and customer service. Our materials are among the best available for soft-cover protection. Our unique 3-layer lamination process insures years of trouble-free use. The foam padding is sandwiched between the inner and outer materials to prevent exposure to the elements. Some of our earliest customers have praised the longevity of our products. We have had many phone calls and emails from customers disappointed with our competitors' products. Can't find your cover?
Since 1986 Tuki has made over 8000 different covers. Many models are old and the manufacturers have re-designed several. Just because you don't see it on our list doesn't mean we haven't made it. Email or call us with the exact make and model. At that time we will let you know if we find it in our database. Often we will need you to hand measure you amp or speaker. Please DO NOT use manufacturer specs, they are often incorrect or not accurate enough. We can use your measurements to see if we have a match.
Tips on cleaning:

Soak in cold water in sink or tub with a small amount of a very mild liquid detergent(Ivory liquid)

Custom Work
Through the years, Tuki Covers has offered "custom" covers. With our growth and demand, sometimes it is not possible to accommodate everyone. The simpler the model (such as a rectangular/box shape), odds are better that we will be able to design a cover for you. Your waiting time will vary depending on our current order status. Many trapezoid and unusual-shaped items are prohibitive to design until we have the amp or speaker shipped to us. If you require larger quantities, such as 6 or more pieces of the same item, it will be more likely that we will be able to fulfill your needs. We do charge a custom fee.
Return Policies
Tuki Covers is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We offer a 14-Day Return Policy. Because our items are made-to-order from literally thousands of models, there are many that have little demand. Some of these models are not eligible for Return. If you have any questions regarding your item and it's Return eligibility, please call 800-344-8854. Material color can vary from lot to lot; we cannot guarantee exact color matches. To initiate a Return: Simply contact our company either through email, info@tukicovers.com or our Toll-Free line, 800-344-8843 to receive instructions on returning your purchase. All Padded and covers come with a 10-Year warranty valid to the original purchaser only. We promise our nylon covers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years. Our foam material is laminated between an outer and inner fabric. This preserves the integrity of the foam for years. Occasionally, the foam can break down over long periods of time. This is more apt to happen in extreme climates. The foam will be covered for a period of 5 years. We do not cover any tears or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear & tear. Our Vinyl covers are warranted for the period of two(2) years. The Vinyl cover warranty also includes defects in materials and workmanship. It does not include tears or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear & tear. Our warranty does not cover damage to the Vinyl material resulting from extreme cold, heat, sunlight, ice or ultra-violet rays. Zippers are warranted for a period of 1 year from the purchase date. Products with defects in zippers, that happen within the one-year warranty period, will either be repaired or replace at the manufacture's discretion. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Colors may vary due to dye-lot differences; we cannot guarantee exact color matches.
If a cover has a warranty issue, it must be returned or sufficient photos be sent verifying it is our cover. Original sales receipt is necessary. Replacent or repaired covers will be sent at customers' expense.
Exclusions
Hook & Loop securing straps are not covered in the above warranty.
