How long will it take to get my cover(s)?

Our covers are made to order. Orders will require a production lead time of at least 7 business days. Tracking will be provided via email once your order is shipped. We utilize USPS or UPS for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on the distance from the USA zip code, 48309.

What if I can't find my cover?

We have patterns for nearly 15,000 covers! Our new website is being updated regularly to list them all. In the meantime, if you don't see what you need, email or call us to inquire about your exact model. If we don't have your cover we can custom make one for you. Visit our Custom Orders page to send us your measurements for a custom cover.

How can I pay?

Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Certified Check, Money Order or Personal Check (in-stock covers will ship no earlier than 5 days after receipt of personal check).

International orders must be paid by Credit Card, PayPal, or International Money Order payable in U.S. Dollars.

Do I pay sales tax?

Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax to their total order (including shipping).

Can I get material samples?

Sure, just Contact Us to let us know what materials you would like to see and where to send them and we'll get them out to you at no charge.

What is the return policy?

  • "Custom Order Item" is NOT eligible for a return, refund, nor an exchange. A "Custom Order Item" are products engineered by Tuki Covers based on custom sizing instructions requested by you via the Custom Order form submissions page, https://www.tukicovers.com/custom-orders/
  • Any cover featuring an optional upgrade such as zippered accessory pocket(s) and/or bottom material for complete coverage (fully enclosed bag) will NOT be considered for a return, exchange or refund. No exceptions.
  • You may request a return, refund or exchange of your order within 14 days after you've received it but it will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • You may request for a cancellation or a modification of your order but it will be subject to a 15% service fee once an order confirmation is generated.

Is there a warranty?

Tuki covers are guaranteed to be free of material defects and made with quality workmanship to provide the best possible fit and finish. If the cover is defective, you may return it for a full refund at our expense. Refund requests must be made within 14 days after receipt of the order and covers must be returned within 14 days of the approved request.

Can you put logos on the covers?

Sorry, we are not able to apply licensed or trademarked logos. If you are an amp manufacturer, we can work with you to add logos to your covers.
