I'm old enough to remember when most old amps came with heavy vinyl covers with a soft lining. In the the 70's, the covers became cheap, fragile, and useless, and everybody switched to expensive and heavy flight cases. When I recently picked up a Fender Bassman 250/210 in like new condition, I was happy to find Tuki covers. My Tuki cover is well made of durable material with just enough padding, and it fits perfectly! This will protect my rig well for my local travel as well as a dust cover, with far less weight and cost than a flight case. The cover should be much easier on the interior of my vehicles, too.
